It's really nice to be able to get milk tea inside the airport, but it's very sweet—definitely for those with a sweet tooth.

The young female staff member was very rude. I ordered at the kiosk, and when my number appeared, I went to the pickup area and showed my receipt. She just gestured for me to take my cup from the several ones sitting there. The number was written on the lid, but it was scribbled and impossible to tell if it was a 5 or a 6. Since she was the one who wrote it, I showed her my receipt 3 or 4 times, but she wouldn't help at all and just kept gesturing for me to take it myself. She knew I was struggling, yet she stubbornly refused to assist me. I traveled to Seoul last month as well, and I have never encountered a place with such poor service.
