Hetras

The staff were very polite and enthusiastic. The products are excellent. Great!

Hetras in Seongsu was so crowded that I hesitated and couldn't buy anything, but Hetras in Anguk was very easy to browse and not that busy. The staff were very kind and explained everything to me, so I bought a diffuser, hand wash, and hand cream, and it made me feel so happy. I also received wet wipes and a sample of New Mix Coffee from next door to the Anguk branch as a purchase gift!

The store in Seongsu-dong has such a beautiful and unique building, whether it's day or night. The fragrance products have unique scents and are reasonably priced, making it a great place to take photos and pick out your favorites. The hand creams are high-quality yet affordable, perfect for souvenirs, and the body lotions and bath products are large and great value. There are also some diffuser products, and there are plenty of staff members.

Lovely but a bit crowded, love the environment but when checking out the counter is very squishy and low efficiency. Overall great anyway.
