The staff were very friendly and there were so many styles. There were many colors, patterns, and sizes to choose from. The lock is very meaningful; even if you're a tourist and might not come back, leaving a lock is a great memory. Also, when I had a small issue with my lock, the staff patiently helped me out and even gave me a new one!
