Neungdong Minari Seongsu

It was my first time eating that much water dropwort. It's a lot of work to wilt the water dropwort, but it's delicious.

A restaurant famous for its Michelin and Blue Ribbon status. It was as delicious as the rumors suggested. The water dropwort beef tartare bibimbap was an irresistible dish, with the savory flavor of the meat, the richness of the sesame oil, and the freshness of the water dropwort and perilla leaves.

The three of us ordered the water dropwort yukhoe, soup, and regular yukhoe. We went first thing in the morning, so we were able to eat without waiting in line. The seasoning was just right, and it wasn't fishy at all—it was delicious! The water dropwort is cut into large pieces, so it's a bit hard to eat, but just mix it all up and enjoy.

It's a popular place, and the line stretched all the way to the back of the shop. Maybe it was because it was Sunday lunch. I debated whether to wait, but I figured I might as well, so I did. The turnover was fast, and I was seated in about 30 minutes. There were photos of Japanese celebrities inside. The food was delicious with a nice sesame oil flavor.
