Buchon Yukhoe Main Store

It was so delicious. The wait wasn't that long either.

I managed to make it to Bucheon Yukhoe just before closing for the first time in a while. The octopus beef tartare was incredibly delicious. It was my first time ordering the raw liver and omasum, and they had no gamey taste at all—they went perfectly with the sesame oil. Putting them on rice with seaweed and kimchi felt like the ultimate luxury. I love Bucheon Yukhoe so much♡

Absolutely delicious!

The wait is quite long, but they notify you of your turn via email, so you can walk around the food stalls to kill time. The octopus is moving and very fresh. Sesame oil and Korean seaweed are free to refill. The complimentary beef and radish soup was delicious.
