Buchon Yukhoe Main Store

When it comes to yukhoe, Bucheon Yukhoe is the Michelin-starred go-to. You have to be prepared to wait, but when I went recently, they had a reservation tablet installed, so it was great not having to stand in line there. The prices are reasonable and the food is served quickly. There was even a handsome staff member!

It was more reasonably priced and delicious than Yeon-ta-bal! The omasum (beef tripe) in particular is just too good!

I tried Bucheon Yukhoe for the first time, and it was truly, truly delicious. It's a must-visit restaurant when you go to Korea! I also tried the live octopus, and it was really delicious. Everything was a first for me, but it was such a unique Korean experience.
