The store is spacious and easy to shop in. I can't speak Korean, but the staff were kind and helpful even when I used gestures. The cashier was also very kind.

Everyone knows Olive Young. I could see why it's so famous, as I was able to buy many great products at prices lower than in my home country. I was able to successfully get the items I had researched beforehand, making for a very satisfying trip. I will definitely go again.

The staff provided excellent service, and I got the impression that many of them are fluent in both English and Japanese. Also, since they are open late at night, I was able to shop at a leisurely pace even after spending a lot of time playing elsewhere! Another highlight is that foreigners can get a coupon at the 5th-floor information desk by shopping at Doota, which was great to take advantage of!
