LOTTE Department Store Jamsil

The staff at this Estée Lauder store are so kind and always try their best to be helpful. They informed me about services beyond the basics, and I'm really grateful for the help I received.

It's a decent place; nothing felt particularly difficult, and it was very comfortable. It's the kind of place where you can stop by for a quick refresh after walking around all day, so if your schedule isn't too packed, I think it's worth a visit.

This place wasn't included in the renovations, so you can go and shop anytime. The food is delicious, the prices are great, and there are plenty of staff members who are very helpful to customers. Definitely stop by and make a purchase.

A place I want to visit again. Kind and delicious.
