Although it is a World Heritage site, it is less crowded and has a calmer atmosphere compared to Gyeongbokgung Palace. I wanted to see the popular garden, but you can only enter at specific times with a guide, and there were no Japanese-language tours available that day. I couldn't capture everything in photos, but the old buildings at the very back were wonderful, and the details like the woodwork were delicate and charming—I'm glad I went.

I waited in line for an hour to visit the Gyeongbokgung Palace night special viewing. It was raining a little that day, and since the sun was still up when I entered, I was able to look around inside before the lights came on. The lighting was beautiful! However, unfortunately, there was no concert due to the light rain. There was no announcement about the cancellation, so I kept waiting; I really wish there had been an announcement.

Безумно красивое место! Была во дворце уже дважды, до этого смогла прогуляться по территории в ханбоке. К сожалению, было очень мало времени, чтобы полностью ознакомиться с территорией. В следующий раз обязательно возьму полноценную экскурсию, чтобы узнать больше о культуре и истории Республики Корея. Понравилось, что во дворец пускают бесплатно людей одетых в национальные костюмы! Очень необычно выглядят ханбоки на людях других национальностей.

Absolutely amazing. It's perfect for slowing down and taking in the surroundings, and it's a little corner in the city where you can really let your emotions out.
