I tried various masks, base makeup, and hair care products; the textures were quite refined, not heavy or sticky on the skin, but rather skin-friendly, soft, and naturally formulated. The scents weren't overpowering either, allowing for a nice layered skincare experience. The pricing and set discounts are reasonable, making it easy to pick up a full set without feeling like you're overspending. The staff were friendly, pointing out the features of popular items and asking about my skin type and needs to help me find the right combination. There's also a testing area where you can try things out freely. Overall, the product quality is reliable, the service is professional, and the shopping experience is comfortable. I will definitely visit again to stock up on more beauty favorites next time I travel to Korea.

I went in completely unprepared and suddenly my wallet was hundreds of thousands of won lighter when I came out. I wasn't ready for that (just kidding). There are two floors, it's crowded, and they have most of the popular items, though the really trendy ones seem a bit lacking (I couldn't find what I was looking for). But overall, it was pretty good.
